How National Freight Hub works
National Freight Hub is a logistics directory and buyer resource. This page explains how listings are created, what each badge means, how paid placement works, and how to compare providers before you decide.
What National Freight Hub is
National Freight Hub helps buyers find logistics providers by service, location, and logistics need. It covers freight, warehousing, fulfillment, cold chain, import/export, trucking, and specialized logistics providers across the United States.
It is a research and comparison tool. It is not a broker, and it does not arrange or manage shipments.
How listings are created
Listings may come from public business information, provider submissions, directory data, and updates from company representatives. Details can change over time.
Buyers should confirm services, pricing, coverage, certifications, and availability directly with the provider before making a decision.
What listing badges mean
Listings can carry one of four statuses:
A standard directory listing, often created by National Freight Hub from public business information. It may have limited detail.
A company representative has claimed the listing and can keep its details accurate. Claiming confirms a point of contact — it is not a quality rating.
A more complete profile with additional business details such as capabilities, industries served, facility information, and integrations.
A paid visibility placement or upgraded listing. Featured placement increases visibility — it does not mean the provider is a better fit for your needs.
Claimed, Enhanced, and Featured statuses describe how complete or visible a listing is — not whether a provider is the right choice for your needs.
Paid placement disclosure
Some placements may be sponsored or paid. Sponsored visibility does not guarantee provider quality or suitability. Buyers should still compare capabilities, location, services, pricing, and fit.
How buyers should compare providers
Before you choose a provider, work through this checklist:
- Confirm the services offered
- Confirm the locations served
- Ask about minimums
- Ask about pricing structure
- Ask about software integrations
- Ask about industries served
- Ask about certifications and compliance
- Ask about onboarding timeline
- Ask about the communication process
- Ask how they handle exceptions, claims, delays, and returns
How providers can update information
If you run a logistics company, you can keep your listing accurate:
- Claim your listing
- Request corrections
- Add services, facility details, certifications, photos, and contact preferences
- Upgrade visibility if appropriate
Data accuracy and corrections
We want listings to be accurate. To report incorrect information, request an update, or request removal of a listing, contact us with the listing name and the details that need to change.
Neutrality statement
National Freight Hub is designed to help buyers compare logistics providers more clearly. We do not guarantee that any provider is the right fit for a specific shipment, facility need, fulfillment program, or compliance requirement. Buyers should confirm all details directly with the provider before making a decision.
Methodology: frequently asked questions
Does a paid or Featured listing mean a provider is better?
No. Paid and Featured placements increase a provider's visibility on the site. They do not mean the provider is verified, higher quality, or a better fit for your shipment, facility, or program. Always compare capabilities, location, services, pricing, and fit.
Are providers on National Freight Hub vetted or verified?
We do not represent listed providers as vetted, verified, or quality-reviewed. Listings may come from public information, provider submissions, and updates from company representatives. Confirm details directly with the provider.
How do I report incorrect information?
Use the contact page to report an inaccurate listing, request an update, or request removal. Include the listing name and what needs to change.
Can a company update its own listing?
Yes. A company representative can claim a listing to correct information and add services, facility details, certifications, photos, and contact preferences.
